The top 2 photos shows what our Christmas Market usually looks like. The Christmasy feeling was always very present on this square π This year, they decided that the square must be renovated so this year the Christmas market will be located elsewhere.
They scattered the Market in 3 different locations, so this year I really don’t really like the whole thing π¦
The only 2 things we do like:
The labyrinth made out of hay for the kids:
and the reindeer:
They took Christmas portaits at Blackberry #1’s Preschool. I took Blackberry #2 too. Sorry the photographer is old school, he doesn’t give out the digital photos, so I had to take a picture of the printed one:
(This is what Blackberry #1 looks like when they tell him to smile π

Do you have a Christmas Market where you live?

There is one, and it is usually really nice, but I haven’t made it there yet! I wanted to go on Sunday but of course both kids were sick after the trip to Porvoo…
I hope you get to go see the market soon. I am sorry the kids are sick, I wish for them to get well real soon. The blackberry boys are sick too, for a week now. I am like a zombie π¦ The baby is super cranky π¦
Thanks. Lucky the kids seem better already, so maybe we’ll get around a bit still. The worst with sick kids is the lack of sleep combined with cranky kids, huh? My hubby is home with the kids on Mondays, and I was ‘really* happy to got to work to rest after the night… π Hope yours get soon better too!
What cute photos of your boys! I only went the small Christmas market in our local town this year, would love to go to a big ‘proper’ one. X
Thanks π Your small Christmas Market must be really cute π But I am also with you, would love to go see a big proper one too, like the one in Vienna.
Your market looks awesome, I love the square!!
We have one in Florence but when I went I couldn’t even get near any of the stalls it was dangerously jam packed with people.
Cute photos of the boys π
Thanks π I love the square too, I hope next year they will put the market back there. I am sorry the market in Florence is so packed, but it must be magical π
Lovely photos! I think South Bank fair is the nearest one for us..or as a Londoner I could claim the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park! xxx
Thanks π Wow Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park sounds magical!
What fun! Christmas is not widely celebrated in Thailand so there is not much in the way of Christmas things to do here. Many places do have Christmas trees but that is the extent. Love the pictures of the boys! π
Thanks π Will you have a Christmas tree this year?
We did get a small fake tree (they still sell those thank goodness) and decorated it. Z loves it! I am glad that we can still have some of the traditions from home for her. π
We just have the usual shopping but more of it. A Christmas market with a hay labyrinth would be great (mostly for the labyrinth – I’m sure the kids would have a ball!).
Looks like you got some good portraits as well. The two of them are being all loving and brotherly π .
Yes the photo is very brotherly π I hope your holiday in Tasmania is going well, and Happy Holidays!
I missed this post! BBs are so cute! BB1 is so cool when he smiles π Photo shoots are fun and people always look good in them.
